Daniel Addey-Jibb & Murray Elliott are taking their quest for great beer to the next level. After years of home-brewing, they are launching an organic microbrewery, in Rigaud, Quebec. Renovations are underway, and beer will hopefully be available by spring 2012. They can't wait to share their passion for locally made, high quality beer with the community! Daniel & Murray launched specialized timber framing company Hamlet Heavy Timberwork in 2002.
