Purchased at my local Métro store. Pours a cloudy golden-amber colour with a foamy, off-white head that disappears quickly, leaving not much lace. Aromas of spicy hops, figs and raisins. Mild sweetness, fruitiness with notes of bananas, Belgian Ale yeast and very light roast (burnt) in the aftertaste. OK, for a organic Dubbel, but lacking power and balance for a normal one. Wish it had more spices to go with the raisin, and the winter aspect.
