View Mill Street Sour Flower
Chopz reviewed the beer Mill Street Sour Flower
1.89L bottle from the Ottawa brewery. Pours a slight hazed amber colour with a pink hue, an off-white cap, average stay and decent lace. Herbal nose of hops over citrus notes and hints of caramel. The taste shows some sourness, but not overkill like the popular style nowadays. Citrus juices, more than peel, with decent hops in the finish. The mouthfeel is nicely average dry. This is a surprisingly quite good all-around. Not too sour, nicely hoppy and fruity session brew.

View Central Waters / Local Option De Kleine Dood
Cybercat reviewed the beer Central Waters / Local Option De Kleine Dood
Pours transparent sepia with a good thick tan head. Aroma delivers bourbon-soaked wood, caramel, toasted malt and nutty tones. Flavor features bourbon, woody, caramel, toasted malt and nutty tones, not quite as bold as the aroma but still enjoyable. Mouthfeel offers so-so body and fair fizz. Eine kleine Dood for the beer lover (hang the proper grammar).

Pours clear amber with a thin but serviceable eggshell head. Aroma presents malty and pomme tones. Flavor offers strong, well-rounded fresh malt for a drinkable and enjoyable, if not spectacular, beer. Mouthfeel features decent body and fizz. Git-R-Done, but please don’t Git-R-Drunk - unless you have a designated driver.

View Sweetwater Cool Breeze Cucumber Saison
Cybercat reviewed the beer Sweetwater Cool Breeze Cucumber Saison
Pours clear amber with a nice beige head. Aroma features yeast, malty, and subtle vegetable tones - must be the cucumber. Flavor ups the cucumber component quite a bit, but it is not overwhelming. I like fresh cucumber! Smooth mouthfeel offers OK body and fizz. Enjoy the breeze.
