Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
Clean golden colour with big head, slightly off-white, bubbly, average stay and leaving some soapy lacing spots. Fairly herbal, hoppy aromas at first, and then, some nice cereal malt base comes out. The taste is pretty hoppy for the style, resulting in a nice drying finish. A nice blend of grassiness over the grainy malts. A very tad haze comes out at the last pour, but pretty well filtered overall. A very easy-drinking Maibock that is a little hoppier, but with a touch of Pils spiciness. .

Dark brown colour with ruby highlights, a big, creamy, long lasting, warm-beige coloured head - leaving some nice creamy lacing. Fresh roasted malt aromas with a touch of herbal hoppiness. The mouthfeel is oily at first, but changes right away into a very drying finish. Lots of grassy hops lingering, over the roasted malt Quite a dry, bitter and very hoppy stout.

Dark brown, almost black colour with a little ruby highlight. The head is mocha-coloured, frothy, long lasting and leaving some soapy spots. Raspberry aromas over chocolate, roasted malts and some grassy hops. Licorice notes in the taste, giving a nice bitter touch, cutting the sweetness of the raspberry, but the fruitiness lingers nicely. Hints of bourbon balancing things. Overall, a nice strong Imperial Stout with a blend of berry, chocolate and bourbon. Reminds me more of the chocolate-cherry desserts.

A brownish colour with golden highlights, a big, frothy-bubbly beige head that lasts decently, leaving soapy lacing. Apple aromas over the roasted malts, also grassiness over caramel hints. Thinner mouthfeel with a touch of dryness. Apples again over the roasted-caramel malt base. Some grassy hops lingers, with coffee notes, and a tad chocolate. An easy-drinking Porter, that has enough hop grassiness to keep it interesting.

A tad hazy, golden-amber colour with a big, creamy, warm-whitish head, very long lasting and leaving full foamy-creamy lacing. Tiny bubble carbonation which is fairly active. Farm-like aromas on the good side, with a caramel malt base, cereal notes and fresh grassiness. The mouthfeel is slightly thick, slick, but with a nice, mild drying finish. The taste shows some citrus hints over the caramel-grain maltiness, and finishing on the grassy, herbal hops. Some decent bitterness lingers. Quite a nice, kind of refreshing American IPA with that old school feel, but with newer techniques.
