A nice easy-drinking, refreshing light beer that does not give headaches. Nicely brewed for the style. 1 day ago

After having their Blueberry Pi sour ale, this one was a shock. A bitter cherry beer with alcohol that you cannot feel. Very nice :) 1 day ago
  • Exchange Brewery Blueberry Pi
Not a bad blueberry wild ale, but just lacking a tad mouthfeel. Very drinkable though. 1 day ago
  • Spark Voices Carry Peach
Not one I would have again, as not blending well... but do like most of the other Voices Carry so far. 2 days ago
  • Tuque de Broue La Débarque
Feels like a light beer with blueberries, but goes down nicely for a fruity Pale Ale. 3 days ago

4-pack of 355ml cans with a cardboard top-holder. Pours a slight hazed, light-golden colour with a big creamy warm cap, good stay and some nice sticky-creamy lacing. Cereal nose with some hops that give out that lime Mexican lager feel. The taste is light, but still has some nice micro lager notes. Refreshing, and no headaches here. A well-brewed, regular light lager with citrus hints.

After having their Blueberry Pi which was a wild ale, was expecting some sourness as cherry and sour go well together. Nope. Noticed it had multiple hops, but was not expecting hoppiness with the fruit. Hazy red-amber colour with a bigger frothy head, pinkish-amber coloured with decent retention and nice thick foamy lacing. Mild cherry notes, not too sweet, with some orange notes from the hops. The taste is hoppy before fruity. Bitter, fairly dry. Yeah, was not expecting this, but a little better than the Blueberry Pi.

Fizzy red-purple head that disappears rather quickly, leaving not much lace, but a little unfiltered film on the glass. Murky red-purple coloured. Aromas are Bretty with the wild ale culture showing some earthiness, blended with the blueberries and hints of other berries - even cherries. The mouthfeel shows some sourness, fairly thin overall with a little dryness. Really does not feel like a 7% ABV. The fruit is nicely balanced for those who do not like fruity beer (but I do). An easy-drinking blueberry wild ale.

Hazy golden colour with an amber hue. Fizzy head disappears quickly leaving no lacing, but carbonation is quite active. Sour aromas of wild yeast with some fruitiness giving hints of peaches. The flavours are quite sour with some tartiness in the finish. The peaches are quite mild all-around. Seems like a lighter sour beer with more tart than peach. Alright, but not my favourite of the series.

Hazy purple red colour with a slightly pinkish bubbly head, average retention and a few bubbles around the neck. The nose is nice blend of the fruity blueberries, cereal grains and mild hops. The mouthfeel is a tad dry, but crisp and refreshing all-around. Mild is the taste, so not syrupy, nor too rich. Feels almost like a light fruity beer. Goes down well.
