Une New England IPA qui met en valeur un trio de variétés ayant contribué à cimenter le style dans l’univers brassicole : le Citra, le Mosaic et le Simcoe, complété par une touche d’Idaho 7. Le concept était d’utiliser la Sainte-Trinité des houblons d’origine américaine, en les employant sous plusieurs formes et en travaillant des techniques de houblonnage modernes. Il en résulte une NEIPA explosive et saturée en houblons, qui conserve néanmoins son aspect juteux et balancé. On y note, entre autres, pamplemousse, jus d’orange, gomme balloune et fruits tropicaux, balancés par un côté résineux et légèrement « dank ».

Hazy golden colour with an orange hue, a white cap, good stay and lacing. Big orange juice aromas with other citrus zest, herbal notes and mild oats. The mouthfeel is juicy at first, and some slow building dryness does show up a little. A tad zest tart is left. The flavours are full of citruses. A juicy-citrusy NEIPA with a zesty-dry end.
