Nice - a beer made for the Minotaure bar in Hull, QC. Played that club a few weeks ago, and this is what I drank the whole time :P. Hazy, golden colour with an orange hue, a frothy warm-whitish head, good retention and some foamy lacing. A good blend of citruses in the aromas, with stone and tropical fruits. All mixed with floral. grassy and resinous hints. Oranges, melons, a tad peaches, herbal notes in the taste. A juicy mouthfeel with just a touch of zesty dryness. Quite a good juicy, fruity IPA with lots going on, but well-balanced.
