Pours a very dark brown with a decent beige head. Head retains well and leaves a good amount of lacing. Weak aroma of milk chocolate. Flavours of sweet roasted malt, milk chocolate nuts and vanilla are all very mild but when combined is quite tasty. Mouthfeel is very thin for the style. Not bad to introduce someone to a stout.

Second brew from this new brewery from Rigaud, QC. Pours a dark brown colour with red highlights. The beige head is decent with little lacing. The aromas are wonderful with coffee, chocolate, roasted malt and nuts. More on the roasted malt side of things for the taste, with the others being hints of. Nice creamy mouthfeel with some mild stickiness. This is a beautiful oatmeal stout for those who like the roasted malt, but also love notes of chocolate, coffee and nuts.
