///// Our interpretation of a classic English ale, brewed with English malt, yeast and hops - and certified ORGANIC too! This is one of our favorite styles, and the very first beer we brewed when we started home brewing. A supremely drinkable, traditional style of beer that never goes out of fashion, and deserves to be revisited from time to time.

Very slightly unfiltered, golden colour with a white head that stays quite long for the style, and nice lacing is left on the glass and brew. Straw malt base with a very fresh, herbal and mostly citrusy hop. The taste shows the citrus again, with a nice blend of juices and zest. Quite a nice, refreshing, citrusy milder ale, but not what I know of Bitter. Almost more like a nice NEPA than a Bitter - which I prefer anyways.
