Brewed with malted barley & rye, this farmhouse ale is fermented with a blend of several Saccharomyces & Brettanomyces yeasts. Our objective was to create a beer that would evolve in the bottle, and engage the beer-enthusiast no matter when it was opened. Drink fresh to enjoy the dry-hopping aromatics, or drink later for a more rustic, farmhouse character. Goes perfectly with a cheese plate at the end of a long, hard day.

Pours hazy, barely translucent dark apricot with a thin eggshell head. Aroma features tart fruit, not much else. Flavor offers tart pomme fruit and a bit of malt. Mouthfeel features OK body and fizz. Head for the farm.
