Tripel de style belge brièvement vieillie en fûts de chêne. Contrairement à nos bières en bouteille qui sont vieillies pendant un à trois ans avec des levures sauvages, cette bière a été brièvement reposée quelques mois dans des fûts qui ont précédemment vieilli notre Wee Heavy Bourbon.

Slightly hazed, with bigger bubble carbonation, golden colour, a frothy warm off-white head, good retention and some tiny spots of lacing. Malty aromas with apple notes, blended cane sugar and warming alcohol that comes out eventually. The mouthfeel is quite thin for the style, as in not syrupy at all and a clean finish. Not much taste really. Nothing offensive either, just mild maltiness, light bitterness and hoppiness. Just an easy-drinking, milder Tripel.
