Not really a Red Solo cup beer, but that's where I was. Poured a not quite translucent yellow with a tall, light foamy head. Light flavor without being too sweet or too bitter. Overall very good.

Actually had this at a restaurant I went to and poured in to a tulip glass per the breweries direction or so the waiter said. It had a good foamy head and excellent color. It had a wonderful scent of some spices (apple/orange?) and its taste was sometime citrousy (lemony) with a nice dry aftertaste.

Holy smokes I think these monks have got beer figured out. Pours out a MASSIVE foamy head over a cloudy yellow body. The aroma is all sweet grains. The mouthfeel is thick and rich. The flavor is right on the edge of starting to have sweetness but it's probably from the high quality grains.

a golden orange color with a big cremy foam, a ton of micro BUBBLE. it smelled citrus, grains, in mouth it's spackly , quite Spicy and i found citrus coriande, a little biterness in end of toast, a good depth that stay a long time in month.

Hazy yellow color, very white and thick head. Aromas of hops, citrus. Very sharp and refreshing taste. Not too bitter. An excellent beer. One of the "must haves". I never leave the store without at least a few of these.

Pours a hazy solar yellow with a very thick and fluffy white head. Robust aroma is wheaty and yeasty with just a hint of sweet citrus. Flavor has a hearty wheat core and a strong fruity note of orange, lemon, apple, and even a little banana, plus yeasty and bitter hoppy hints. Firm, smooth texture has a good ragged fizz, and leaves a lively, wheaty finish. Spendy, but worth your bucks!

Pours a slightly hazy pale golden colour, small head with some retention and no real lacing. The aroma is light floral notes off the top, sweet citrus and cloves, grassy notes linger on the finish. The taste flavour is dominated by the floral citrus notes, sour rind notes, grassy flavours, hints of honey, burnt sugar, apple juice, fruity pears and sweet cloves on the finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, bubbly and finishes with a sweet stickiness.

Pours a large bubbly 2 finger head of white foam and slowly dissipates to a fairly thin layer. Has a hazy light orange colour. Aromas of yeast and some hops and malts. Flavours of light malts, very yeasty, orange, barley, citrus notes. Creamy mouthfeel, active carbonation and tingly on the palate. Very tasty. Very good stuff.

Bottle - decants a golden hued hazed ale with a 3 finger meringue cap. lively natural carbonation, Medium bodied but light spritzy character - probably the result of both wheat and oats in the grain bill. Aroma is ambrosia - sweet toffee with succulent fruits, some citrus, musty yeast tones and spicey hopping. Flavour and mouth feel are lush, chewy malts in front well balanced with sharp hopping and big fruitiness - middle is complex where flavors develop...vanilla, peach, spice, citrus - finish goes dry and lightly bitter with a sharp hop bite at the end then a pleasing warming. Hides its alcohol well. A very pleasant, soothing and drinkable tripel.

Sampled with KnoxBeerCrew. Light golden yellow pour, bubbly white head and nice lacing throughout, nice carbonation. Welcoming aromas of a multitude of fruits, slight floralness, pleasant yeasts, some spices. Big flavor too: zesty mouthfeel, with a very light tart fruit taste, some sweet yeasts, a touch of caramel, more ripe dark fruits. A bit boozy, extremely flavorful. Very nice indeed.
