This is not a beer. Tastes like distilled kerosene. Why is distilled sake thought to be a beer on this website? However, there are a few beers that taste worst than this; Jaguar Ice, and clamato.

Had at the BSA rally in costonia near toronto ohio. Your typical pale yellow american beer. 16 oz cans. Not offensive. cost was 75 cents per 16 oz can. It was a hot humid day. Lots of british classic cycles. We purchased at the closest market. It was the cheapest available. Enjoyable and easily repetitive.

Retasted 2012: darker than a pale lager. Has a tad of candy aroma to it. Taste is rather mild but there is this background bitternss to it. More refined than I remember 6 years ago. Not as in your face as I thought it would be. Old rating: Looks like, but is not quite like your typical american pale yellow beer that’s made in UK. Had a little bitter impression at first but not worth it’s price. Paid $2.75 per 12 oz bottle at Main Street in Aliquippa. This is a revisit. Last time I drank this, it was a while back, expected more.

I tasted all three of these Saranac pale yellow beers in my variety case, four beers each; Indian pale ale, Adirondack lager and traditional lager. Price was 88 cents per 12 oz bottle at Beer for Less in Moon Twp. The lagers were a little less pale and the Indian pale ale was just a little more bitter. All three though, I consider a typical American pale yellow beer. They all had about the same over all flavor, that Saranac flavor. They are lively when it comes to carbonation. I’ve had these before and they seem to have not changed over the years. Drinkable. I was really excited about tasting an IPA but was not surprized.

Saranac amber, lager, what’s the difference. I tasted all three of these Saranac pale yellow beers in my variety case, four beers each; Indian pale ale, Adirondack amber and traditional lager. All three though, I consider a typical American pale yellow beer. They all had about the same over all flavor, that Saranac flavor. They are lively when it comes to carbonation. I’ve had these before and they seem to have not changed over the years. Drinkable. Nothing special. Happier with cheaper beer of the same flavor.
