Généreusement houblonnée avec des houblons Simcoe et Enigma. La véritable star ici est le houblon Enigma d'Australie, qui est l'un des houblons les plus « punchy » que nous ayons jamais utilisé. D'énormes arômes et saveurs de fruits tropicaux, doucement soutenus par des saveurs d'agrumes et une résine très subtile provenant du Simcoe et du Mosaic.

Hazy, golden-orange colour with a warm, off-white frothy head, good retention and foamy lacing streaks. Big citrus-juicy aromas with some raisins notes, piney, apricots, honey and a touch of berries, wax, wood. This continues in the flavours with a tad more on the piney-raisin side, than citrus-fruitiness. Some light dryness cuts the thickness of the brew. An interesting juicy, hazy IPA with lots more than the citrusy notes.
