Alors que la brise printanière rafraîchit nos esprits et nous fait rêver aux mois de beau temps à venir, nous arrive cet hommage aux Saisons belges traditionnelles. Brassée avec une levure saison authentique et trois sortes de céréales, nous y avons aussi ajouté du jus de pamplemousse et son zeste. Le poivre moulu et la sécheresse de la levure saison en font une bière de soif idéale pour la saison estivale.

Pours a hazy light golden colour with a white froth head that has decent retention and leaves foamy lace. Aromas of sweet citruses and mild Citra-like hops. You can feel more the zest of the grapefruit in the taste, but it is overall pretty mild (as the ABV is low). Like wanted, refreshing and very sessionable. A nice light saison yeast and mild bitterness. Well achieved and gets better as you drink it... slowly.
