4-pack at the LCBO with 7.7% ABV. Pours a cloudy golden colour with some nice tiny particles in the bottom of the glass. The head is fluffy, white, decent lasting and foamy lacing. Orange nose with some Belgian Ale yeast. Same for the taste with decent mild hops in the finish with hints of grass. Nice and smooth saison that goes down easily with lots of citrus.

Pours very cloudy golden yellow with massive white foamy head. Smells like very powerful malt and wheat. Mouthfeel is just about a notch above medium. Overall taste is refreshing but not very full with just a bit of aftertaste.

Saison has taken over as my favourite style from Belgian Wits, and this is easily the best of the bunch. Ambrosia form the Gods!. I may never be able to drink anything else ever again. It`s like a Belgian Wit on steroids! A big frothy head gives way to a nice cloudy gold. The aroma reminds me of a citrus grove in the Belgian countryside. Taste wise, so many great things going on at once. I denote a perfect mishmash of cloves, vanilla, and.....maybe even a little smoke?. I can definitely taste the grassy hops. I have tried this straight out of the bottle, and poured into a glass, now I gotta try it on tap. So far, prefer it out of the bottle as it loses a little something out of the glass, taste wise, yet oddly the mouthfeel improves. This beer kicked my ass hard! I wanna move to Belgium now and become a farmhouse Monk.

The beer pours a hazed medium gold with a generous white cap that lasts. The aroma is barnyard funk, citrus and yeast. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. Flavour is funky grains, light spices, yeast, and citrus. Pairs well with a banana for a vacation breakfast. -

On tap @ the Town Crier, Toronto. 7.7% at this juncture. Pours a large amount of foamy white head. Pale golden appearance. Fairly clear. Thick dirty lacing. Aromas are mainly floral hops, light orange peel and wheats as well as Belgian yeast notes. Slight bitter citrus hop flavours, sort of yeasty, wheats and grain notes as well mild coriander. Mild spices. A bit of malty sweetness also comes through. Smooth and wet mouthfeel. Good balance. Medium retention.

Pours a hazed pale straw color with a 2 finger puffy cap that lasts well. Aroma of spice, grains some tart fruit and Belgian yeast funk. Flavor is probably the most delicate balance of sweet, sour, spice and malt tones in a saison since Dupont...spritzy, dry, tart, fruity and refreshinf with a biere de garde strength - one of the best saisons available.

Part of the 2013 LCBO Summer Release. An American saison, been a while since I had one. Looks like a saison with a heavily hazed golden orange pour. Head is white, not that big. Aroma is a garden on a wet morning, with some citrus and spices added to increase the palatability. The funk really comes through in the flavour however, dominating the malt and hops. A really great beer.

This is actually my 2nd Saison Beer aside from Chimay Bleu. The texture is medium-bod, smooth, creamy, and refreshingly clean. Far as the taste is concerned, it has some orange and lemon in the beginning ending with some yummy bananas & spices. If I had to recommend a dish to try it with, I'd recommend flavor-profiled meat dishes such as: Marinated Chicken, Lamb, Crabcakes, Burgers, etc. The color is the practically the same as any wheat beer. Overall, it's my favorite for it's not like Blue Moon or Shocktop.

Above average saison, drank in a coffee shop after closing from red plastic water glasses. (You know the ones, taller than wide, dimpled, you probably drank fruit punch from one at someones cabin)... Not terribly yeasty, much more subdued and mellow with a slight white grape element. Some citrus and spice, but also some light tartness thats very related to the grape I mentioned before. Fluffy white head, like all good saisons, hazy yellow in colour, a touch of coriander-esque-ness but nothing like a beer with coriander in it...
