Des houblons épicés et résineux se lient à des saveurs grillées et de tabac provenant du malt de spécialité. Pours a dark amber-copper colour with a beige cap that is big, lasting a while and with good lacing. Funky aromas of the Brett yeast with some roasted barley, giving caramel notes. Earthy with some sourness, even in the taste. The roasted malt lingers with light tart. The dark aspect of this brew adds nicely to the Brett funk.
