Bomber from La Trappe à fromage. Pours a hazy light golden colour with a frothy white head, good retention and a little lace. Beautiful Saison aromas with the Belgian Ale yeast and fresh grassy hops blended with the citrus notes. The hops are a little stronger in the taste adding some bitterness in the finish. The grassiness is mildly different from your typical Saison, but gets better with time. Hints of earthiness and citrus. A hoppier Saison, which is fine if you prefer this.
