Petite Fructus : une nouvelle variante d’une bière que nous produisons en bouteille depuis de nombreuses années. Cette version a un taux d’alcool plus faible et n’est pas vieillie en barrique avec levures sauvages comme notre version en bouteille. C’est une bière d’été désaltérante, infusée à la mangue, à la goyave et au fruit de la passion.

An orangy hazed colour with a golden hue. The head is fizzy, white, disappears quickly and leaves only a thin, small ring on the brew. Getting lots of tropical fruits in the nose, but with a big sour aromas which gives me more of a wild ale than a Witbier. Not as sour in the taste, but the whole mouth is milder. The fruits do blend well with the sourness. Hints of herbs and spices. A pretty good fruity brew, but more of a Wild Ale with tropical fruits than a Witbier.
