The beer pours a murky orange gold color that is topped by a bubbly off-white head. Aroma is wheat malt, orange zest, clove/coriander, and yeast. Mouthfeel is average. Flavor is wheat and citrus forward with the spicy notes appearing in the hoppy finish.

Double White Sampled on 10/12/2012 at GABF. This Belgian Witbier pours a slightly hazy yellow gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, yeasty, sweet and slightly spicy. A medium bodied witbier. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are herbal and earthy. Decent carbonation. Nicely balanced. A touch dry at the finish. Crisp and clean. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean, cry and a touch dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Cloudy sunshine in color. Small foamy textured white head that disappears all too quickly. A fairly healthy ringlet is left behind. Bready malt and light spices in the nose. Bananas and coriander come to front in the tasting. Medium bodied and smooth.

12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy dark yellow with a smallish white head that that quickly diminishes and leaves some lacing.
The aroma is spices, funky yeast, some banana and clove and some fruits.
The flavor is sweet lemony fruits and wheaty malts with a little yeastiness and some spices and soapiness. The mouthfeel is light bodied and slightly watery with spritzy carbonation.
Overall, a decent wit. I tend to like them sweet and fruity. -

Pours slightly cloudy gold with small, creamy head. Aroma boasts notes of pepper, yeast, coriander and citrus. The flavor is clean, refreshing with just the right amount of wheat character rounding out the grain bill. Lemon flavor and spicing play a role but do not dominate. Medium bodied, well carbonated, easy session drinking.

Aroma is of citrus, acidity, bitter orange, as well as spicy coriander. Appearance is a cloudy, golden sunshine in color with a medium head that is bleach white and remains on top. Mouthfeel is light, airy, of spicy balance with some wheat malt complexity with a palate that is clean and crisp as well as sharp. Flavor is of orange as well as citrus, lemon, coriander, and is peppery with a finish that is wet and tasty and very thirst-quenching. Overall, good example of the style and nothing special but very easy to drink and a very solid ale for sure..

Draft at Redlight. Hazy golden colored with a nice white head. Bananas and cloves dominate the flavor with some nice spices hitting mid palate and a finish that is mellow and a little light. I do like this one though. Would be an excellent choice on a nice warm Florida day. Re-rate, bottle. Hazy gold, thick white head that fades to a whispy layer. Coriander, bubblegum, wheat and spice. A little zing but also a touch thin. Was better on draft but still a solid beer for the hot Florida days.

orange peel and pineapple aromas ... some lacing ... damn easy to drink but not awfully complex, and for 6.8% very well masked ... "fanny bandits??" ... leaves a nice subtle aftertaste .. the next step after blue moon ...

Comes out of the tap a bright honey yellow, cloudy to the point of opaqueness, with a little white head. Aroma is lemony and wheaty, inviting a taste. Well-rounded flavor is wheaty and pleasantly tart with a strong lemon overtone. Texture is bubbly and lively, and leaves a crisp and lemony aftertaste.

This poured a nice looking hazy yellow body with a mid sized white cap that disappeared quickly and didnt leave much lace. Aroma of coriander and wheat. Flavor was a little off for me because i drank it too cold so most of the flavors didnt come out even though i let it warm a bit. Flavors of coriander, wheat and some spices. Overall it was smooth with a little bitterness from the lemon, worth a try.
