A gift from an Armenian friend. The bottle says fresh until March 2021. The pour is a clear gold color, with a huge pillowy white head. Lacing exists, but is weak. The nose detects a lot of bready malts, metallic notes, and sawdust. Watery body, well carbonated. Flavor tends to the grainy side of the spectrum. Free beers are always good, but they should usually taste better than this

Certainly not the best beer in the world. It pours a clear gold color with a snow white head. Lacing is strong. Aroma is sweet malt notes, herbal hops, and dish soap. Mouthfeel is light and watery. Flavor is watered down cereal grains, some acidic notes, and a hoppy finish. One of the best selling beers in the world, but nothing you want to try often.

Quite the amber ale. The pour is a slightly hazed rust color topped by a generous off-white head. The head lasts a while, and provides ample lacing. The aroma is dominated by caramel and citrus, although the biscuit malt can be detected. The flavor is again dominated by the caramel notes, but there is also enough piney flavors to remind you this is a red IPA.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

The pour is cola colored with a creamy light brown head. Retention and lacing are average. The aroma is pine, roasted malt, and cereal malt. Average mouthfeel. The taste is akin to the aroma with hints of cereal malt, pine, and citrus.

A hoppy beer right out of the can! The pour is a cloudy gold color, with light red edges. Head is off-white, pillowy, and sticks around. Aroma is very tropical and very citrusy. The biscuit malt is there, but overwhelmed by the hops. After a few minutes, the yeasty notes become apparent. Average mouthfeel. The flavor mimics the aroma, it is a very hoppy beer balanced by sweet tropical fruit notes.
