Toaster Pastry is an absolutely fantastic India-Style Red Ale, clocking in at 7.6% ABV and 74 IBU. Biscuit malts give the beer a slightly nutty, crust-like flavor, while pale and dark crystal malts create the mouthfeel and flavors reminiscent of strawberry jam. Calypso and other experimental hops give this ruby ale a welcome bite, plus a few more in the hop back for a toasty-sweet aroma. GABF 2015 Silver

Quite the amber ale. The pour is a slightly hazed rust color topped by a generous off-white head. The head lasts a while, and provides ample lacing. The aroma is dominated by caramel and citrus, although the biscuit malt can be detected. The flavor is again dominated by the caramel notes, but there is also enough piney flavors to remind you this is a red IPA.

Pours clear tawny with a thick and rather persistent buff head. Aroma features hay, hoppy and fruity tones, inviting a taste. Hoppy, woody flavor is somewhat bitter and has nice fruity and malty underpinnings. Mouthfeel presents typical body and fizz, leaving a woody and bitter hop finish. Pop this "pastry" in your mouth.
