Dark brown colour with ruby highlights, a nice fluffy, creamyish light mocha-coloured head with good retention and pretty packed up sticky lacing. Mild roasted malt aromas with some dark fruitiness (plums, light raisins). This continues into the taste with the roasted barley lingering on the tongue. Some nice dryness comes from the hops in the finish. A nice Scwarzbier with good balance between the organic malted barley and hops.
