A fun new brewery making hoppy, brett and sour beers all served in an amiable tasting room. 702 Somerset Street W. Chinatown, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Founded by husband and wife team John Sproull and Andrea Gormley, Spark opened in early January, and is offering a rotating selection of its own beers on draught and in bottles, as well as several guest taps and wines by the glass.
