Voices Carry Peach is our latest fruited sour and a celebration of peach season in Ontario. We start with our base sour beer that spends at least one month on our Spark house culture. We then add a good amount of peaches. Unlike many fruit beers, we allow it to ferment out most of the sugars. In the end this presents a dry, balanced sour beer that isn’t overly sweet. A great end-of-summer beer!

Hazy golden colour with an amber hue. Fizzy head disappears quickly leaving no lacing, but carbonation is quite active. Sour aromas of wild yeast with some fruitiness giving hints of peaches. The flavours are quite sour with some tartiness in the finish. The peaches are quite mild all-around. Seems like a lighter sour beer with more tart than peach. Alright, but not my favourite of the series.
