We're very excited about this special version of Manhire Berliner Weisse. Aged for four months on sweet cherries to temper some of the sourness in the base beer, this bright ruby red beer shines with huge notes of cherry freezie, earthy funk and god-damn jubilation.

Hazy red colour with a pink-purple hue. The head is white-pinkish, bubbly, fizzing away quick enough, but wanting to stay a little. Sour nose with the nice fruitiness of the cherries. The taste is quite sour, puckering away with the cherry notes blending in smoothly. Nicely brewed with the cherries, not feeling like a light fruity beer, but a full one.
