Voices Carry Raspberry is back with a cherry twist! Our classic aged sour base beer was added to spent Niagara sour cherries for 2 months. After this aging, we added raspberry puree and let it ferment yet again. The resulting combination is a beautiful orangey/pink beer with a sharp acidity and a bright carbonation. Huge notes of sweet and sour cherries, raspberries, over ripe strawberries and a loamy funk.

Slightly hazed, golden colour with a pinkish hue. Fizzy, big white head disappearing quick enough, leaving a tiny ring of miniature bubbles. Some lacing comes out of it as more pours come along. Sour, funk nose with some fruitiness. Sour, puckering cherry taste with the raspberries blended in the background and a nice drying finish. Another decent sour from Sparks, but not my favourite of them.
