Hazy Sour Ale This beer was fermented in stainless for three weeks with a blend of yeast and lactobacillus. Pours a beautiful, hazy golden yellow. Notes of freshly squeezed lemon, green strawberries and biscuity grain.

Enjoyed on tap on my first visit. Hazy light golden colour with a small white cap, average retention and some decent streaky lacing. Beautiful mild sour aromas with lots of fruity notes. Smooth mouthfeel with a little tart. Flavours are a nice balance between the sourness and fruity malts. Very nice and mild for a 6.5% ABV brew.
