Manhire Berliner Weisse has returned just in time for our first anniversary! 😍 A traditional German sour wheat ale fermented for 4 months and then conditioned with 2 strains of Brettanomyces wild yeast. Tart and refreshing with notes of sourdough, sunshine and light citrus funk. Bottle and keg conditioned.

500ml bottle from the brewery, pours a slight hazy, bright yellow straw colour with a fizzy head that disappears rather quickly, leaving no lacing at all. Lemon sour aromas with very mild Brett funk. Light tart in the mouthfeel. Decent citrus sourness for flavours with a little dryness in the finish. Gets cloudy at the last pour. A nice, refreshing Berliner Weiss.
