Or new hazy IPA is a leisurely shift from our other North East style pale ales. Measured flavours of grass, grapefruit pith and orange. Featuring Centennial and Cascade hops from our friends at Houblon Pontiac in Quebec alongside a summery splash of Amarillo.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours a hazy golden-orange colour with a warm creamy head, with some bubbles, good retention and creamy lacing. Aromas are a little more grassy than citrusy, like other North East-style IPAs. There is a sweet berry nose that do come and balance this, and hint of cilantro. The taste shows even more the grassiness over the juiciness. Bitter hops, but not so dry, so makes it easier to drink. Seems like a mix of North East with some West Coast action.
