We brewed this one for Ottawa’s hottest independent music festival @sidebysidewknd and we can’t wait for you to try it with your pals! This New Zealand pilsner was brewed with 100% local pilsner malt and Matueka hops from New Zealand. It has notes of lime and love.

Clean, very light golden colour with a bubbly cap, average lasting and leaving only a little ring. Fresh light cereal malts base with some herbal notes and a touch of spicy Pils malts. The taste is light, but had decent herbal, spicy malt action. Getting hints of apples and pears in the nose eventually, and later in the taste with the Motueka hops. Gets a touch hazy near the last pour. A little on the light side for a 5.2% ABV, but an all-around nicely refreshing, lightly spiced, herbal and fruity Pilsner.
