a hazy gold colored beer , with à fine foam, it smells gingerbread, and of hay and a lot of things ( very nice). a good carbonisation, it stings. in mouth the beer is fresh and flows easily, a little bitterness, it is a good balance, and it's long and deep in mouth.

Bottle bought at the Technical Faculty of the Agriculture University in Praha - Suchdol. Poured a hazy deep gold colored beer with a two fingers white creamy foamy head that had a good retention. Vigourous carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is sweet malts, hay, straw and simply the "real " nose of what a Pivo was smelling in my memory,( before the "Wall" get down ). The flavour is sweet malts, herbal hops, biscuits, fruity, citrus. The balance maltiness / bitterness is excellent. The mouthfeel is crispy. This light to medium bodied beer has a lingering bitter end. A rare and very nice Pivo . It was " love " at the first smell and the first sip !
