Clear light copper color with nice looking off white head. Aroma is sharp grapefruitiness and pine with a little bit of sweet malt. Fresh tasting grapefruit and pine hoppiness with a small amount of caramel malt sweetness about midway. This beer is considerably more IPA like than several “IPA”s I’ve tried lately. Really tasty Pale.

On tap at the Bocktown in Robinson. Very cool patriotic tap handle. The aroma of this is mildly perfumy floral and fruity. The color of this is nothing special, just your typical pale yellow american beer color, but what else would you expect for an american ale? Has a white head. The first taste inpression is that of mild hops, perhaps a little less than I expected for an APA. I have tasted many other APA that were more intensely hopped. This makes iit very drinkable in my opinion because I don’t care for hopped beers. Medium low carbonation. The hoppiness comes across as just enough to make it interesting without being oppressive. Has the right amount for personality without being uncontrolled. Finish is mild or medium hop bitterness that lasts for a few moments. The finish is not medicinal or acrid in any way, I’d say it is even controlled to an extent. Even tho I cannot appreciate this style, this is certainly one of the better APAs I’ve ever tasted after about a dozen.

Medium size offwhite head, ok hang time. Hazy copper/orange color. Piney, malty nose. Medium body. Good malt hop balance, neither are really pronounced though. Slight acidity. Finish is dry, fruity.

Really nice APA for a hoy day - and a nice label on the bottle. Citrus, floral and hoppy in a well-balanced beer that does everything well without being over the top in any one thing. Thirst-quenching and welcome on a hot day after working in the garage. Thanks, Lou.

APA of choice of the 4th of July weekend: clear amber orange pour with a decent white head and good lacing. Pleasant aromas of fragrant citrus hops, light floral, and touch of malts. Taste is very refreshing and not at all overpowering - balanced - with a light sweet malt character and light citrus hops bitter that ends in a very slight linger. My clan and I enjoyed these - I believe I turned them into APA fans. Paired nicely with burgers, hot dogs and even ribs.

A nice thirst quencher. Pours a clear copper color. Medium frothy textured, off white head sits atop. And stays around a fair amount of time. What is left is a light ringlet and dusting a film. The nose and tasting are a well crafted blending of citrus-pine hops and caramel sweetness. Creamt and medium bodies, I really enjoyed this one.

I enjoy this beer with every sip I take. It's one of the cleanest-smoothest beers that I have sampled. Something about the water that Stoudts uses seems to give all it's beer a crisp taste and smooth finish. This is one of their lighter beers. Good for daytime, beach, or for in between darks. Aroma is of hops and honey. Tastes semi-sweet with a medium hoppy flavor. Darker orange-light copper color, a bit hazy. A good one to throw into the mix if bringing different kinds of beer in the cooler.

An orange beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet grassy combined with light notes of hops. The flavor is sweet grassy on a good malt back ground, but also with light notes of peaches, leading to a dry bitter end.

Copper colored with a moderate to thick foamy head. Hoppy, floral aroma. The flavor consists of a good amount of hops for a Pale Ale, crisp bitterness and a bit of malt balance. Solid and easy drinking.

12 fl. oz bottle, thanks to BA richgo6. Orange coloured beer, large and lasting off-white head with an orangey hue. Initially very nice Cascade aroma, citrus and floral notes, diminishes after a while in the glass. The flavour is very well balanced between the malts and hops, Cascade and Warrior hops have a distinct presence throughout, but are not overdone. Bitter aftertaste. A very drinkable and refreshing beer!
