I've raised and bred Labradors for 20 years. The latest dog was a field Champion chocolate Labrador. I am a retired small grains researcher. Do to medical reasons I had to retire 12/04 at age 55. Now I just want to enjoy a few beers.

Pored a dark brown witha moderate head, carbonation was a little low, bottled bupbeer, smooth drinking beer, Nutty flavor. received as a gift from another Brown Dog Mafia member so I can't comment on the cost.

Poured an anber liquid with little head that seemed to last; aroma wasn't unpleasant but hid the hops flavor, expected a sweeter taste from aroma but more hop flavor then anticipated, not what I anticipated from a beer named after a good performing black Lab.

poured a decent head, a wheat beer that is brewed with lemonade, the lemon flavor added arefreshing flavor that was followed by the yeasty flavor of most wheat beers.

Poured a dark liquid almost black, with a small brown head, not a stout drinker, but somewhat like drinkig cold strong coffee.Over all not a pleasant experience

Another of the beers my brother in law brought me from his Colorado family reunion. Poured a slightly cloudy golden, citrusy aroma, mouth flavor was good, overall taste was that of wheat beers.
