Pours an amber with a small whitish head with ok retention. Little lacing observed. Nose is sweet and floral with some caramel, pine, toffee, orange that comes through. Taste is replete with a piney, nutty, grassy base and sweetness of some fruit. There is some bitterness in the finish but this stays fairly sweet all the way through. Mouthfeel is creamy and medium bodied. This is a decent beer but there's nothing here that I would go out of my way to seek out.

A friend from Pittsburgh brought me a couple of cans of this and told me it was the best beer he's ever had (He's a Natty Light boy). The beer pours a clear copper colour with a sweet malt aroma that is punctuated by some floral hoppiness. The flavour is slightly sweet up front with a mildly bitter finish. A good beer, but obviously, my friend needs to get out more.

Out to prove that good beer can come in a can. Well, they haven't made their case yet. This was more like carbonated grapefruit nectar than a pale ale. Clean finish, but absolutely nothing interesting or even appealing in the aroma or taste.

Pours with a golden-orange body topped by a thick, off-white head with a good amount of lacing. It’s slightly sweet yet bitter with a grassy, perfumy hop note. Very Flowery. Not to my taste. Medium bodied, smooth and a touch warming.

One of the reasons I try and avoid a canned beer is due to the metallic taste it can leave. While this beer did not have that problem of a metalic taste, what it did have was a pretty boring aroma and taste. I picked up lots of corn in the nose, but there were also a strong sweet maltyness about it that overpowered any hoppy characteristics present. Appearance was dark orange/copper in color. Mouthfeel was medium bodied. Flavor was cardboard, some caramel, slightly resinous and little piney. It was just okay.

Poured a amber color with nice head and good lacing. Pine and floral aroma. Perfect flavor, nice balance of pine and hops with malts. for not being an IPA "fan" this one was very good.

Coming from one who doesn’t find Pale Ales all that impressive…. This one poured with a nice amber-orange color and a respectable head. The lacing was excellent, leaving an almost continuous coating around the glass. The aroma was floral and pine-like. The flavor was impressive for the style, with a very rich malty base topped with a bit of floral hops and a light resinous finish. About as good as it can get for the style (ie. it didn’t mix in there as just another pale ale) and on par with what I like in the balance of an altbier.

This is a good American Pale Ale. Poured a dark copper color with smallish head. Citrusy hoppy flavor with a nice malty backbone. A very enjoyable ale.

A nice session ale here. A copper color. Slightly bitter with some orange peel, lemons, and lime. The lime distracts the flavor a little bit. Did that even make sense? Well overall I thought it was good.

Burnt orange color with small head. Aroma of oranges, light pine and grapefruit. Taste is a mellow malt with a tingly hop bite. Cut grass along with light citrus round this out making it really well balanced.
