Railway City Brewing Company is proud to brew hand crafted beer in small batches, using only the finest ingredients with no additives, preservatives or pasteurization. We are proud to use premium locally grown variety of hops and carefully selected Ontario sourced Malted Grains. We use a temperature controlled cold fermentation process and condition our beer to perfection. Adhering to the Bavarian Purity Laws the only ingredients we allow are malted grains, hops, yeast and finely filtered water.
