Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7
On tap at Arrow and Loon. Pours a small amount of frothy off white head and has a dark murky brown appearance. Lacing is not too bad. Aromas are earthy hops and toffee and bready malts. Flavours are quite sweet as well as a bit sour. Notes of caramel, toffee, hints of brown sugar in there as well. Sweet and sort of sour mouthfeel. Doesn't seem like such a high abv type beer,a bit deceiving. Spices are pretty strong in the finish.
