Brewed with local honey from Clovermead Apiaries. The Honey used was primarily collected from fields of Goldenrod, which gives the honey an interesting darker colour. A North American Brown Ale style, a little drier and less malty than it’s English style. Light to medium body Brown Ale with a caramel brown hue. Nutty scented Deeply flavoured but not heavy, smooth and mellow but not sweet: this beer is balanced, rich, and complex. A hoppy brightness peeks out from under the earthy, coffee, cinnamon, and walnut flavours.
