A dull-cloudy yellow beer, typical of a witbier. A big, foamy textured, hite head rises robustly above. Great hang time. Settles into a thin ringlet and lumps atop the body. The nose is light, hardly discernable spices and wheat. In the tasting the spices, coriander, light pepper and lemon dominate in a wheat base. A light bodied, smooth beer, that was refreshing.

Murky yellow color and pours a thick white head that fades leaving a thin layer. Aroma is grass, malty with some light citrus fruit. The aroma is pretty strong but I wouldn't say I liked it. A little too funky. It's a pretty good tasting wit however: yeast, banana, coriander with just a touch of spice but really not a whole lot of that. There's not a lot to it but I was looking for something refreshing to drink on a hot Florida summer day and this does just fine.

Clear yellow pour with light head and little lacing. Wheat base with coriander and some citrus zing. Decent level of spiciness. Mouthfeel was a bit overcarbonated. Decent.

A cloudy yellow appearance with some coriander, lemon, and peach in the aroma. The flavor is quite sour with some coriander, spices, and a variety of citrus fruits. Overall this was a pretty good witbier.

Poured a really crystal clear pale yellow color, no head, no lacing, not much witness to this, completely filtered too. Aroma was wet hay, some spices, light. The flavor was watery, not any better than Blue Moon's witbier other than the fact that there was no floral character. Wet hay, light coriander in the flavor, more coriander than the wheatiness. Mouthfeel was light. This was a light witbier, boring, but drinkable.

03.24.05 12oz bottle. Hazed and almost white yellow pour with fizzy white head. Aromas are odd and not entirely good - some biscuit dough, orange sherbert, custard, white glue. Sour flavors, orange Pez, something tangy that lingers. Way too dry for my tastes. Not good beer from a normally very good brewer; not as bad as Sterkens.

Very pale yellow and cloudy body is topped by a smallish, chunky white head. The aroma has a nice bit of floral orange above the slightest hint of banana. Not a lot of clove involved in this thing. The wheat is surprisingly big in the flavor, giving off the essence of the tought crust of a hunk of french bread. Esters support the bready malt with tartness just teasing around the corner. Very light and easy-drinking and very refreshing. A very good summer beer.

This beer poured a cloudy light golden color with a large white head that dissipated fairly quickly leaving little to no lace. Very strong spicey aromas of pepper and nutmeg. Mouthfeel was dry and fairly light bodied, refreshing. The flavor was very interesting on this one, Strong tart flavors of orange and Belgian yeast dominate with a nice wheat background shining thrrough at times. A pretty nice witbier.
