A beautiful looking beer in the glass, bubbles race up from the bottom throughout the entire beer. Clear, dark golden body topped by a thick white head that left very nice lace. The aroma I'd slightly sour hops, pear and grass. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and very drinkable. Flavor is grassy hops, sweet pear (which does not dominate as much as the label implies) and ends very clean.

This beer poured with a dull copper colored body topped by a creamy beige colored head that held that left patchy lace down the glass. Aroma is sweet caramel malt with some dark fruit and nutty tones coming through also. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and rich with very nice carbonation. Dominant flavors are plum and caramel with some light yeasty and toffee as well, a faint metallic taste lingers in the finish pulling the quality of this ale down a bit.

Poured into the Chimay chalice with a cloudy yellow gold body topped by a medium sized white head leaving light lace. Aroma is clove and Belgian yeast with some light banana coming through also. Mouthfeel is very expansive and rich while being very drinkable. Flavor is sweet and smooth with light hops, candi sugar, banana and spices.

This beer pours with a black body showing some deep burganday around the edges with a creamy khaki colored head that left light lace down the glass. Aroma is milky with some roasted malt and bitter cocoa. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, flavor is roasted malts with a distinct oceanic flavor that is right out front with some coffee and creamy tones as well.

Cloudy orange colored body topped with a fluffy white head leaving nice lace. Aroma is sour and fruity with notes of lemon, green apple and some faint mustiness. Body is brightly carbonated yet fairly smooth. Flavor is again sour fruits with some bready yeast flavors and a faint hoppy finish.
