Samples at the Princeton brewpub. Dark amber/copper color that was fairly clear. Small but nice offwhite head. Hard to detect the aroma from this one, maybe because of the small glass? Tasted a bit grassy/flowery, a nice mix of caramel malts and hops, very smooth. Overall a good brew.

Served at the Brewpub in Princeton. Batch 1358. Clear amber color, zero head and some lace. Subdued Cascade aroma. Malt and a touch of grapefruit in the flavor. Fairly blasé.

Princeton bp, 04.30.04. Pours copperish/teak colored with a small but lingering head. Unlike other raters, I detect only minimal aromas: bready, hints of something sweet. Flavors of grass/greens, edible flowers (c-hops), fresh scallions(?). It’s an unusual beer, but rather tasty. Something chemical in the backend.

Triumph Amber Ale poured a deep amber colored body with a decent off white head with some lacing. It had a slightly nutty flavor with a mix of malts and hops. A solid Amber Ale.

Poured amber with a small white head. Aroma had caramel, peach and citrus hops. Taste had a nutty character to it with good carbonation. Nice amber ale.

Poured an amber color with a small, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Earthy, caramel malts, and citrus hoppiness in the nose. Taste of caramel malts, nuts, lots of cascade hops, and no alcohol to be found. A really nice amber, might be the best new one I had today in New Hope.
