Pours a light golden colour, little to no head. Decent lacing however. Hardly any pale in this ale. Taste is a little bland, soft hops and a little fruit. aroma is a little stale.

Bleh. I think if I were MacTs I'd call this something other than a PA. It's just not to style at all, IMO. Or if they're going to add another adjunct, state it on the label. Pours an amber with little head and no lacing. Smells sweet with a hint of floral hops, but there's something else there as well. Taste is off. Not sure what's going on there, but even without it this isn't that great. Malt and a bit of hops. < shrug > Mouthfeel is full and creamy with a hint of a mineral feel. Drinkability is, well, it's drinkable but it's likely the last one I'll be having.

Another "learning curve" beer. Something you'd offer your friends in a bid to steer them away from their current dreck. Amber, some malt character, mild hops--excuse while I stop mid-review for a cavernous yawn--pleasantly sweet. A little thin. The label's down-right irritating. Cool label. Should be an awesome beer. It ain't.

Tasted as Portland Pale Ale and Kornhaust Oast Ale.Light golden color, medium head. Medium hopped, slightly malty ale. As an oast ale, the brew masters add an amount of distilled hop oil to the beer. Similar to, but not exactly like Portland Pale Oast Ale. A mild ale, with a aromatic hop aroma. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is very hoppy, yet not bitter.

Bottle. No head and a light gold color. Slightly sour at first in both the taste and aroma. Then oranges come out in both the taste and aroma. A very light pale ale. A decent entry.

Pours a crystal clear golden orange color with a very nice head and good effervescence. Aroma is clean and hoppy, with a clean citrus tone (oranges I think). Mouthfeel is very solid and full, smooth and creamy as well. Flavor is bitter and citrusey-sweet at the same time. Reminds me VERY much of orange peels. Tangy sweet with a clean bitter finish. Very refreshing and lively, and a pleasure to sample!

Indeed light and drinkable. Still smooth as well. I believe this is single malt-single hopped, and this definetly makes for a very drinkable pale ale. Floral hops and i see they add heather to this--very nice in subtle falvor and herbal aroma. Tasty and clean all the way through. This is light in malt but still well balanced due to the light, but tasteful hopping........This is nice--the more i had of this, the more i liked it. Slightly sweet sugary malt lingers............Not so much an American pale.....i guess, a "scottish pale ale"?

Pours a rich golden yellow with a smallish head which goes quicklly to a nice lace down the glass. Strong smell of malts and something else maybe the heather"extract" as it is floral..strange but intrigueing. Taste.. very crisp and fresh..not much malts but notice the heather ( i have had fraoch before)..a little bitterness near the end..not too bad. Nice carbonation and a dry finish seems to complement this brew. Very drinkable indeed, could polish of a few of these in no time at all

Very average pale ale. Nothing different than say summit pale ale which is alot like this. Good drinking beer though and the cost is very cheap, at least it is around here.

Poured a golden color with a small, quickly diminishing white head. Floral, perfumey, malt aroma. Caramel malts and hops. Rather weak mouthfeel. Reminds me of an English Pale
