This crisp, zesty, American pale ale is characterized by the sharp bitterness missing in many domestic pale ales. The clean finish and slight fruitiness make this beer a delightful treat.

a good session beer. Has a hint of the pale ale flavor without being overpowering. Good head and some nice lacing. Sweet caramelly malt. And the heron on the bottle does look happy.

As mild and easy drinking as most American pale ales but the flavor is better than most. It's a clear pale color, light hop aroma, thin mouthfeel. It's easy to drink a lot of these and they are tasty enough that you won't get bored with it.

This brew goes down the hatch in a smooth move matter. Some casual hoppiness, bitterish with mellow colors. Simple standard pale ale. Great deal for pale ale fans; which I am. Very subtle hint of something sweet on the nose.

Nuts, skunk, and resins in the aroma. The head, though small, displays very distinctive and interesting looking cobwebs. Not much to say about the taste. Maybe it is just bad luck, but I find this brew overly bitter for the style; maybe it has seen too much sun.

Thanks to BeerHunter for this one. Pours a cloudy reddish-orange with a small white head. Aroma is floral with a bit of malt. The taste is bitter and that's about it. Not much to it.

Courtesy of pfoxyjohn. Pours a amber-yellow with an ample head leaving nice lacing. Good carbonation. Aromas of sweet malts, some fruitiness and a good dose of floral and citrus hops. Taste is a little more hops than expected with a nice malty backbone and a slight fruity and bitter hops finish.

Sampled from bottle, thanks to pfoxyjohn. "Microbrew for the Microfew," reads the bottle. This pale ale pours clear dark copper red with an adequate white head. The aroma is pleasant and complex: pineapple, toasted coconut and burnt sugar. Awesome & odd, too. Pleasantly bitter with fruit esters slighly more noticible than the bready malts. Medium bodied with a slight bitterness in the finish. I really enjoyed the bitterness level in this APA, but it's more like an IPA in that regard. So, be ready for that non-bitter beer fans. Worth trying!

Pours dark gold with small, creamy head; nice lacing. The aroma is unique & makes for good conversation with all sorts of unusual, but pleasant, characteristics. Various candies and sweet bubble gum notes merge with a tropical base including pineapple, coconut, very light citrus. Flavor has solid malt presence, little hop flavor, but decent bitterness. A notable metallic taste bothered me somewhat. Light bodied and vigorously carbonated. Fun sample overall.

This is a very tasty APA from the folks at CW. The amber body and dense white head release a pleasant euphony of fragrant floral notes. A fair amount of lacing for the style. The beer appears smooth and full on the palate, and the taste is superb; fruity hop-tinged, lightly sweet malt flavors giving way to a long, rich, complex finish. The noble bitterness is more reserved and clean than sharp in my estimation. Delicious!
