More copper than red, clear and wispy head. Aroma is a little weak, not much happening there. Flavor is excellent, nice hoppy punch, good body, nice beer. Recommended to me by the waitress at Bocktown, she was right on.

This was rather enjoyable. The slight head and rich amber coloring was very inviting. There was also a hint of carbonation. There was a hint of an IPA flvor (which I normally don't enjoy) but there was also a very nice caramel twist to it. I thought the brew was smooth and refreshing.

Pours a cloudy reddish amber with a small off white head that sticks around for a while. The aroma is citrus peel hops dominate the smell. The taste is malt up front, but it's hardly sweet at all with some bready note from the grain. The finish is extremely bitter from the hops and reminds me of citrus peel. The mouthfeel is medium to thin body with lots of tingly carbonation and a dry finish.

This beer was the second best of the variety mixer which included their very good AIPA. This was the second best beer in my opinion. This beer was nicely hopped and refreshing. Good carbonation and full body. I will have this again.

Served off the tap at North Hanover Grille in Carlisle, PA. Drawn a deep amber body with a medium head that produced superb lacing to the end. Floral and hops in the aroma and flavor... little malt - nice balance. Finished clean and dry.

This one came with a sample 12 pack. Excellent brew, very close to a Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA. Nice caramel color and white lacing...smells of citrus, pine, and some grapefruit...nice hoppy flavor although I thougt the Troegs Pale Ale was a bit hoppier. Smooth and very drinkable.

Very nice amber ale from Troegs. In the same vain as Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, but a little darker and maltier and not as hoppy. Nice amber, brown appearance. Aroma of fresh hops. Head gets smaller after a few sips, but stays small all the way down with a little lacing. Nice hoppy malt flavor that is very well balanced. I like this beer and it's a good session beer. You should try it if you have the chance.

Pours a clear deep amber with a big white head that slowly disappears yielding to some nice lacing. Good carbonation. Heavy grapefruit hops and caramel malts in the aromas. Taste is more of the same with a nice marriage of those grapefruity hops and a sweet caramel maltiness. Nice interesting balance that makes this a very good amber with amped up hops.

An excellent beer that I wish I could find in my area. Pour is amber/copper with thin white head. Aroma is definitely hoppy but some nice caramel and malt as well. Taste is also hoppy (grapefruit and floral) but well balanced. Finishes with a bitter kick.
