Thanks to Driss for this one (brought back from Quebec City). Pours a brown-copper clear colour with a mild off-white head that does not create much lace. Not much carbonation, but yeast is found at the bottom. The nose is grainy, with some caramel and notes of molasse. Medium-bodied with a taste of orange and caramel. Mild bitterness with a short aftertaste, and a bit of sourness (not sure how old this one is). A pretty decent rousse that is refreshing.

Bottle: Poured a deep cloudy brown color ale with a medium foamy head with some pretty good retention. Aroma of caramel and light toffee is dominating and quite enjoyable. Taste is dominated by sweet caramel malt with a light toffee notes. Body is quite full with some good carbonation. Well done for a style that does produce its lot of boring/bland beers.
