It is after several months of maturation that the preliminary draft of farm brewery was transformed into a micreo brewery. In June 2006, the first vintage was finally released for the pub Mitan, followed closely by the first distribution of bottles in the winter 2006-2007. From this first year of operation six varieties of beer are available to the pub of exclusive special vintages and, four bottled beers are distributed in various points of sale through Quebec. They are the pride of our Master brewer, Jean Lampron, who counts now more than one dozen of years of experimentation in this field
