Purchased at Marché Omni (formerly called Marché Jovi) in Hull, QC. This microbrewery has changed all the names and labels of their brews. This one pours a cloudy beige-amber colour with a white head that is bubbly, has average retention but does not leave much lacing. Beautiful spicy nose with all of the Belgian qualities (yeast especially). Reminds me of a tamer Unibroue Maudite (even though this one is witbier). Lots of spices in the mouth as well, with the wheat, corriander and lemon zest. A pretty tasty and nice smelling brew for 5% ABV.

Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a cloudy hue and large foamy head with good retention. Aroma of coriander and cloves is really dominating with a nice touch of wheat. Taste is a mix between spices such as coriander and cloves and a pretty full wheat body. Carbonation is good with some lacing. I have to admit that this was a very well brewed wit with lots of spices and a full body and I wouldn’t mind to have easier access to.
