Pours a pale gold color with a fizzy, white and medium head that dissipates rather quickly. Doesn't leave much in the lacing department. The aroma is quite skunky, at first then some grains such as corn or rice, very underwhelming. The taste has very little bitterness. Flavors are the same as the aroma with a bit of citrus but blended well. The mouthfeel is watery. Carbonation is definitely present.

Well, the best thing about it was that it was offered and I didn't pay for it. Lackluster in every respect. Pale, golden color with lots of carbonation. Foamy white head that quickly disappears. Sligthly grassy with little hops. Funky aftertaste. Thin and watery.

If this is the worst beer you have ever had, then you have done good. I have drinken alot worse swill. This is a cheap mans Heineken. The lowest I go now days.

Henry Weinhard's Blue Boar I purchased here in Oregon. It says "The Northwest's original" on the label. But I see now Miller has bought it and it's brewed in Wisconsin now. I love Wisconsin, but Miller... ack. This beer tastes like it was brewed without love. I'm sure the original Henry Weinhard's beer was excellent. But this is crap, nothing short of average crap.

You’d think that by association alone, that the beer brewed by Full Sail would have something to it. Unfortunately, this is just another mass brewed pale ale, with nothing going for it.
The body is a clear golden color, short 1" white head which went away with as much as a whimper, and clear carbonation bubbles floating away. Aroma has a moldy grassy note (like lifing up the lid of the grass barrell after a few days fermenting), very light citrus notes and some bran cereal thing going on. Flavor is an okay balance of hops and malt, but it seemed so watered down it was barely noticeable. Palate seemed crazy carbonated. I suppose it’d do in a pinch, but if there are other options I’d seek them out. -

Well this brew i scored for very cheap. A 12 pack for 6 dollars. The beer was on the wrong shelf and the nice man gave it to me for that price. there isn't anything good about this beer, not really for anything, not even session drinking. it taste like pale lager.

cleaner than many pales, but that is because it's a thoroughly weak interpretation of the style. standard macro attempt at a microbrew style. boring.

a nifty beer, lots of character! pouring this beer in my glass made the head over flow, which was cool. the burst of hops and wheat over kills the whole thing. tastes like a fancy coors!!

Bought because I liked Henry Weinhards when I first started drinking but I now remember why i stopped drinking Henrys. A very dry beer with little taste and a nasty aftertaste. The pour is decent but pale.

to this i say 'Heineken on pale'. Notably in the aroma. I dont have a problem knocking this back but ive had enough pales and this is on the cheaper end. Well what would i expect from Miller?.....Yellow gold with a thin head, this had a soft bubbly mouthfeel. Malts are grainy and buttery with leafy hops that are slightly bitter with a crisp finish.
