This American-Style Pale Ale has a bright golden color as the name indicates. Cascade hops impart a floral aroma that is accented by citrus notes lent from Chinook hops. The hop flavors mingle with premium pale malted barley to create a flavorful ale that is crisp and refreshing. A golden appearance with a white head. Aroma contains a good deal of lemons and hay. The flavor is somewhat bitter with huge wack of grass in your grill. There is a grainy dirt texture here I dont care for. Man GF really missed the mark on this. Overall a notch above swill.

Retro XPA...this was sooo boring next to the 30th Street Pale! Like a lightweight version of english pale. Get rid of this and make more 30th!! I digress...not horrid...just seems that way in comparison. :)

I think I was expecting more hop presence in this beer and didn't get it. Not a terrible brew but nothing that blows you away. A small hint of citrus that goes with a light yellow pour. Small, white head. Aroma is malt dominant. This would be a good beer to have on a hot day.

Bottle courtesy of Wickedpete: Poured a deep golden color ale with a nice foamy head with good retention and some nice lacing. Aroma of crisp dry hops with some light bitterness. Taste is a nice mix between some crisp hops with light bitterness and a medium sweet malty body. Full body for the style with some good carbonation. Very refreshing and well balance for the style.

This is a pretty solid example of the style. Crystal clear gold color with foamy head and good lacing. Good aroma and flavor of bready malts and citrus malts with some citrus hops and even a slight funky grassiness. This one packs a pretty good bitter hop kick without being difficult to drink. Nice!

What a refreshing beer this was! Perfectly hopped, poured a cloudy golden colour with a thick white head. Aroma was delightful, floral and reminiscent of fresh hops off the vine. Taste was full, well carbonated and mildly citrus fruit.

HAs a good hop smell, taste and finish. Slightly sweet. Citrus and nutty. malts lend a "bread" taste, almost doughy. Pretty good. Nothing overpowering that stands out in taste. Alot of subtleness without a strong characteristic.

Pale golden in color, nice head and retention, good lacing. Aroma was light grainy malts, bready, some citrus hopping. The flavor was bready, some light nuts, balanced by a touch of citrus and pine hops. A pretty smooth and easy going beer, very drinkable, not overly carbonated, light, but flavorful.

Straw colored brew with a medium sized white head of loosely packed bubbles. Nose is slightly hoppy with a little breadiness. Weird almost tinny/metallic flavor in the finish.

Golden, cloudy look with large, thick head. Pleasant orange aroma with a light hint of hops. Hoppy flavor with a bit of orange peel to it. Nice hooppy, bitter aftertaste. Good, but not great.
