Dry hopped for extra aroma, this pale ale has a light malt base with just the right mouthfeel to allow the hop character to predominate. Grapefruit like bitterness is full and lasting and is balanced by a zesty citrus burst of aroma from two late additions of casacade hops. Beer of the Year - Grand Prize Winner 2010 as voted by the members of IrishCraftBrewer.com.

Really nice golden colour with great white head. Aroma has some cookies and fruits in it. Taste is great smooth with bread and cookies with slightly bitter but smooth and round end. Really good.

A nurky orange colored beer with a big frothy textured slightly off white colored head. There's decent hang time on the head. It settles into a moderate ringlet. A cereal, floral nose. Grassy, burnt caramrel tasting. Light, effervescent.

500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original O'Hara's english tulip pint a clear rich golden-amber coloured APA with a generous one finger light beige soapy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles and some bigger. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is faint caramel malts, cereals, grassy hops. The flavour is citrussy hops, faint resinous notes and faint fruity, grapefruits, lemon. The mouthfeel is slight crispy and a bit oily. This medium bodied APA has a lingering light hoppy bitter finish. This pleasant APA, with a nice bitterness, is brewed in the Green Ireland. I enjoyed it.

Bottled@Cosmic Comic Cafe, Turku. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruity and floral hoppy along with some grass and mild maltyness. Flavour is quite much the same. Quite close to Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.

500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.2%. Dry hopped. Golden colour, big white head. Strong fruity / citrussy aroma of Cascade and Amarillo hops, some hints of stale / rotting citrus peel too. The flavour is also citrussy and zesty, with a proper bitterness in the finish. Quite good.

bought at the Drink Store, Dublin by MoM .. . Pours a wicker tan , decent foam .. . sap, balsa, and week old flower aroma .. . a very decent pale ale but lacks a bit of creativity - but still a damn fine effort! .. . That's right a maid, a maid I can bang
