Pours a nice clear golden amber with a fairly thick, fluffy, rather persistent white head. Aroma is strong, malty, a little fruity - mainly apple with a hint of banana - and just a bit sweet. Flavor is malty, subtly fruity and sweet. Texture is fairly smooth and fizzy, leaving a nice tingle.

Only place I have seen this is at Winn-Dixie here in Florida, or at least the one I shop at. They always have it on sale "with winn-dixie card of course" for $9.99 a 12-pack, so like everyone else here....said "WTH....let's try it to add a review at the least". It is actually slightly better than I thought it would be, but wasn't expecting much to begin with. For 83 cents a beer though, I have had a lot worse....and actually not much better for the price I guess. Basically, it is what it is...a malty barely hoppy semi-watery beer. Aroma is semi-skunky, appearance is a thin watery amber color, and flavor is 'aight. Would be ok for parties or beach, but not much more.

I saw it and tried because I had never seen or heard of it and it was available, thus another tasting and review to broaden my horizons. Pours a deep coppery amber with a medium slightly off-white head. Taste is on the malty side with very little in the way of hops. Slightly sweet, but not hatefully so. Decent. Don't go out of your way, but if it's offered or readily available, it's worth a try.

Not quite the Cable Car beer I would like to try, but sometimes you just drink what you got. BevMo has this and the blonde on sale, so I figured what the hell.
The beer pours out a clear, rusty brown color with a smaller sized 1/2" white head. Aroma is light caramel, a touch of apple juice and musty hay. Flavor is a bit better than the aroma. Sweet caramel malts are pretty underwhelming, metal and some light bread round out the flavor. Seemed watery and spritzy like a mineral water. Nothing to see here. -

Pours a copper color with thick white head. Aroma is malty but I detected a hint of metal. Taste is malty as well but some hops show thru in the finish. Nothing special; there are many better ambers available.

Pours a copper-amber color topped with a lot of lacing. A very good looking beer. Tastes malty with hints of caramel. Mild hop bite. Doesn't seem very well balanced but it's not bad. I'd have it again but not sure I'd go searching for it. I saw they have a Lager available so I will give that one a try as well.
